Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for bancassurance, banca, and life insurance products.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners and internal teams.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-12 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in bancassurance, banca, or similar roles.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team handling and leadership.
  
• Strong understanding of financial services sector, particularly in life insurance products.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
