Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through Banca Channel.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling Life Insurance products to bank customers.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks to drive revenue growth.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and partners to maintain high levels of collaboration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-9 years of experience in Banca Sales or related field (Bancassurance).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance industry dynamics and regulations.
  
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
