RM / CRM / ERM - Insurance Sales - PSF Direct Channel - Delhi Location

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, referrals, and networking.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various life insurance products, including health insurance offerings.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in direct channel sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
