• Handle salary negotiations and offer generation for selected candidates.
  
• Coordinate employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong skills in interview scheduling, screening, interviewing, and interview coordination.
  
• 1-4 years of experience in HR consultancy or related field.
  
• Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding.
