Responsibilities:

- Candidates with good experience in RBI Compliance, Compliance Testing & Compliance Advisory & Monitoring from Finance/BFSI/NBFC background from Mumbai only apply

- Stay abreast with RBI regulations and ensure compliance therewith

- Proactively seek and implement processes to monitor compliance.

- Maintain consistent communication with management, staff, and vendors.

- Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring regulatory issues.

- Oversee compliance with corporate policy and procedures.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all regulatory compliance activities.

- Monitor and test Compliance by performing sufficient and representative Compliance testing, and report findings, findings, and recommendations including monitoring compliance software implementation.

- Ensure compliance with directions from other regulators in cases where the activities of the entities are not limited to the regulation/supervision of RBI.

- Attend to RBI inspections and interact effectively with the regulatory team, senior management and internal stakeholders
