Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design Product Configurator ecosystems to meet already defined business requirements and objectives.
• Define the architecture for integrations between PLM, ERP, Sales Configurator, MES and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership to Product Configurator implementation teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration and customization.
• Manage global and local stakeholder expectations to balance overarching objectives to harmonize processes with regional needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, DT and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Communicate architectural decisions and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical: Proficient in PLM/Configurator platforms such as Aras Innovator, PTC Windchill.
• Technical: Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in PLM / Product Configurator system architecture, development, or consulting.
• Proven success in delivering end-to-end PLM implementations in complex environments.
