Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in microfinance or financial inclusion programs in MFI/Small Finance Bank/NBFC etc. with 2+ years in a leadership role.
2. Should possess the qualities of a leader
3. Monitoring performance and goal setting.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using MIS systems and data analytics tools.
5. Having good knowledge of Geographical area of working
6. Strong understanding of microfinance models (SHG/JLG), financial products, and rural markets, Agri lending
