Business Development Executive

At Plexusbit Software, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to establish and grow our sales and marketing function.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-time experience in IT sales, specifically in business development, lead generation, or telemarketing
• Proven track record using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
• Strong phone communication skills, with experience explaining technical services to potential clients
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with new prospects through cold outreach
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive follow-up capabilities and consistent pipeline management

The ideal candidate will be comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients and maintaining professional relationships throughout the sales cycle. They will play a key role in driving our company's growth through strategic LinkedIn outreach and relationship building.
