Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate responses.
Organize and arrange meetings, including logistics, room booking, and catering if needed.
Assist with handling confidential and sensitive information.
Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address challenges or requests.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of people.
