Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn page for maximum engagement and visibility.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn by identifying and engaging with potential prospects.
• Establish the company's thought leadership and brand strategy across all profiles of leadership and stakeholders.
• Write compelling, LinkedIn-specific messages tailored to connect with the target audience and prospects.
• Organize and manage LinkedIn Live events, ensuring seamless execution and audience engagement.
• Create, grow, and maintain communities on LinkedIn to foster meaningful interactions and brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and implement timely actions to capitalize on them.
• Analyze customer engagement patterns to determine optimal posting times and tailor content to resonate with active audiences.
• Run LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze LinkedIn Analytics to assess performance and refine strategies for better outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing or social media management.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads Manager and LinkedIn Analytics (willingness to learn and execute if not already proficient).
• Strong written communication skills with experience in crafting platform-specific and audience-specific messages.
• Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and best practices.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action based on insights.
• Must be a fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
