CloudOps Engineer II

Monitor, maintain, and support on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and virtualised environments.

Deploy, configure, and upgrade systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.

Implement and manage security protocols and practices to protect on-premises infrastructure from potential threats.

Perform regular updates and patches to keep systems secure and compliant.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Provide support to internal teams and end-users as necessary.

Keep detailed and accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and support incidents.

Identify opportunities for performance optimisation, cost reduction, and improved system reliability.

Suggest and implement enhancements where suitable.

Collaborate closely with DevOps, IT, and Security teams to support hybrid cloud integrations, ensuring seamless and secure operations across all environments.
