HR and Administration Lead

Role & responsibilities

Human Resources:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
• Organize engagement activities and team-building initiative.

Payroll & Compliance:

• Process payroll, attendance, and leaves.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

• Assist in setting KPIs and conducting appraisals.
• Support training and development programs.

Administration:

Office Management:

• Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and housekeeping.
• Ensure smooth operations of office infrastructure.

Facility & Security Management:

• Oversee office security, safety, and maintenance.
• Manage contracts for office services like housekeeping, security, and IT support.

General Administration:

• Handle company records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Support senior management in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
