Planning Manager/Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of Master Construction Programme (MCP) based on the scope of work, sequence of work, milestone events and project duration in accordance with the Contract Agreement.
• Planning of resources and estimation of costs on Labour, Material, Plant & Equipment and Overheads. (LMPO).

• Preparation of Accepted Cost Estimate (ACE) / Zero cost budget.
• Initiate actions on seeking Extension Of Time (EOT) from clients in co-ordination with Project Manager.

• Preparation and Monitoring of executed costs with regard to Labour, Material, Plant & Equipment and Overheads (LMPO).

• Initiate actions on price escalation claims and extra claims for non-tendered items with clients in co-ordination with Project Manager and Billing Engineer.

• Responsible for determining the materials required from the above plan and fix the schedule to procure for the entire project periodically

• Preparation of Cost Control Reports and submitted with Project Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE / Diploma Civil Engineer 2-7years of Experience
• A Good Planner & Communicator
• Has knowledge & experience of Construction Methodologies
