Job Description: Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Monitoring:
   
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and track multiple projects effectively.
• Prepare and monitor procurement plans and resource plans.
• Develop and oversee logistics plans, including procurement tracking.
2. Reports and Documentation:
   
• Prepare dashboard reports for higher management.
• Create master construction programs and set baseline schedules for ongoing and tender projects.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Generate MIS reports and CTC projection reports.
3. Technical Support:
   
• Prepare technical submittals for tender projects.
• Calculate formwork requirements and coordinate mobilization and demobilization.
4. Site Coordination:
   
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
• Identify critical issues and implement resolutions.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project sites, the Regional Office (RO), and Headquarters (HO).
5. Lookahead Planning:
   
• Prepare and monitor annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly lookahead schedules.
• Develop catch-up plans when necessary.
6. Registers and Logs:
   
• Maintain the hindrance register.
• Prepare EOT (Extension of Time) documentation.
7. Productivity Analysis:
   
• Track and monitor project productivity metrics.

Software Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, MSP, Primavera P6, and SAP.
