Sales Recruiter

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in South India)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Languages Required: Proficiency in at least 4-5 South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Hindi/English)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Recruiter to drive hiring efforts for our field sales team across South India. This is a remote role, but candidates should be well-versed in the local talent market and capable of sourcing, screening, and onboarding sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and recruit field sales executives across South Indian states.
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks to attract candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of potential hires.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure seamless candidate experience.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand hiring needs and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales hiring.
• Strong understanding of field sales hiring dynamics in South India.
• Proficiency in at least 4-5 South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi/English).
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
