- About the Role : Lead performance marketing to achieve ROAS and CM3+ve growth

- Location - Preferred candidate only from Gurgaon location (Mandatory)

Responsibilities :

- Digital Marketing Strategy - Own the entire digital marketing strategy from channel mix, campaign mix and channel level strategy.

- Data Analysis: Analyse data across the marketing funnel through various dashboards. Take a lead in developing various marketing dashboards on Power BI and Metabase.

- Campaign Optimization: Hands-on approach towards managing various marketing channels such as FB, Google etc. Optimize campaigns through levers such as ad copies, landing pages, audiences, campaign structure, keyword optimization etc.

- Creative Design: Our marketing is mainly led by video creatives. The incumbent should have a strong understanding of how digital video creatives are designed and produced in-house.

- Organic Growth: Work on several organic and product-led growth initiatives to increase organic traction

- Try not to do too many things but rather do a few things really really well.

Qualifications :

1) B.Tech or MBA only from a top institute such as IIT's/NIT's/NSUT/DTU/ BITS/IIT/IIM

2) Excellent numerical ability and data analysis (non-negotiable)

3) 2-7 years of experience in a growth marketing roles at a consumer internet company with demonstrated ability to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns

4) Very strong desire to solve problems

5) Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling copies and create marketing videos
