Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr.Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen ability to analyze data, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting market research, and translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data.

3. Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, and process flows.

4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

5. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.

7. Support project management activities including project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.

8. Continuously monitor and evaluate business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

9. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
