Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Reconciliation: Perform vendor reconciliations with statements and ensure proper checking of advance details for the vendor.
2. Bank Reconciliation: Coordinate with bankers for timely bank reconciliation, prepare funds flow statements, maintain cash book control, and manage petty cash.
3. MIS Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely submission of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
4. Statutory Dues: Ensure timely payments of statutory dues like TDS, Service Tax, and GST.
5. Vendor Reconciliations: Perform reconciliation and balance confirmation with vendors on a periodic basis.
6. Credit Assessment: Assess the creditworthiness of customers and provide credit recommendations.
7. Accounts Receivables & Payables: Manage the complete cycle of accounts receivables and payables.
8. MIS Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly): Prepare and manage complete MIS for the company on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
9. Coordination with Auditors: Coordinate with both internal and external auditors during audits.
10. TDS Form 26Q Reconciliation: Conduct TDS Form 26Q reconciliation and ensure accurate filings.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on vendor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and statutory payments.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and Service Tax.
• Experience in handling accounts receivables and payables processes.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
