Role: Manager Communication Trainer - Centre for Thinking, Language, and Communication (CTLC)

We are seeking an experienced Communication Trainer with a strong background in teaching English language (both written and spoken) and training in communication, language, and life skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and administrative skills and have experience designing industry-specific communication courses tailored to learners' needs.

Job Description

Training and Facilitation:

• Deliver high-quality training in English communication (written and verbal), language, and life skills.
• Conduct workshops, one-on-one sessions, and group training programs.

Course Design and Development:

• Create and curate industry-related communication courses, ensuring relevance and alignment with learners' needs.
• Develop training materials, resources, and assessments.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and manage training programs and related projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, ensuring continuous improvement.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain training records, feedback, and progress reports.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with teams to identify skill gaps and customize training initiatives.
• Engage with industry experts and partners to align course content with market demands

Education and Experience

• A master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in teaching English and conducting communication training.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering industry-specific courses.

Skills

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a commitment to fostering innovative and engaging learning environments.
• Proficiency in project management and assessment tools. Strong expertise in quantitative research and statistical methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and lead a diverse team of educators.
