Reaching over 50 million students monthly, our client offers Live Classes, Video Courses, Mock Tests, E-books, and more, with 2 million students enrolled in premium courses. Supported by marquee investors, the platform is committed to making quality education a right, not a privilege, for students across Bharat, including tier-3 & 4 cities and rural areas. They need to fill the following position asap.
Position : Category Head - K12 UG
Education : Any UG/ Engg/ MBA
Experience : 5+ years of experience in K12 education, ed-tech, or academic operations.
Location : Gurgaon
Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. We are seeking a dynamic Category Head - K12 UG to lead and drive the category's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the P&L, coordinating with faculty, sales teams, and management, and ensuring the smooth execution of academic and business objectives.
2. P&L Management - Drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
3. Coordination - Work closely with faculties, sales teams, and senior management to align academic and business strategies.
4. Strategic Growth - Develop and execute plans to expand the category's reach and impact.
5. Performance Monitoring - Analyze key metrics and drive continuous improvements.
6. Five+ years of experience in K12 education, ed-tech, or academic operations. Strong business acumen with expertise in P&L management.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. Opportunity to lead and scale a high-growth category. Work with a dynamic team of educators and business professionals.
