Job Description:

- As a Category Head - Destination, you'll spearhead the launch and growth of our destination wedding vertical, building a robust category and curated catalog to craft extraordinary experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Build and scale the destination wedding category and product catalog, including venues, services, and packages.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team across planning, procurement, and execution.

- Curate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers for best-in class offerings.

- Ensure timely project planning to maximize customer satisfaction (CSAT) and unit-level profitability.

- Develop innovative pricing strategies and market-leading destination wedding packages.

- Oversee seamless end-to-end execution, delivering exceptional client experiences.
