Ideal Candidate:
- As a Business Analyst at Pixelvide, you will play a key role to engage directly with clients for
requirement gathering and analyzing requirements for our projects, documenting business
processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Meetings with clients to gather business requirements, understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring client expectations are clearly communicated and understood by all parties.
Documentation:
- Extensive experience in creating and managing comprehensive documentation,
including functional specifications, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional
Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and Process Flows., wire frames, business process flows, and
other technical documents.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users, ensuring that their requirements are properly understood and represented in technical solutions.
Process Mapping:
- Work with business and technical teams to design, map, and improve existing business processes.
- Ensure alignment between current business practices and future processes.
Project Support:
- Assist project managers and developers in planning, scoping, and executing projects.
- Participate in project meetings, provide progress updates, and help resolve any roadblocks.
Testing and Validation:
- Collaborate with the QA team to prepare test cases based on business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, workflows, and business systems, offering solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide clear, concise reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management on the status of projects, requirements, and any potential risks or issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
- Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating detailed business documentation and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse
stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools and databases is a plus.
