Job Description
- Supervise the workloads and quality of the ICS APAC linguists (transcribers and into-English translators) with a focus on scripting
- Supervise all strategies of the ICS APAC territory operations deliverables (primarily focusing on and prioritizing scripting outputs), ensuring timely handovers, deliveries and quality
- Supervise the execution and maintenance of strategizing and resource managing software, ensuring that all trackers, resource sheets, and schedules are updated and reflect accurate information
- Work with other ICS TMs, supervisors, coordinators, and linguists to meet client delivery and quality objectives
- Work with ICS leadership to inform and expand linguist capacity strategies of ICS APAC work
- Work closely with the Territory Operations, Production Managers to implement and execute all feedback loops and supervise and facilitate the up-skilling and training of ICS APAC linguists
- Attend and provide notes for daily/weekly production meetings
- Supervisor and assist technical workflow issues of ICS APAC linguists and coordinators
- Other duties as assigned
- Proven project management/coordination experience in localization industry.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing people or small teams.
