We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of the human resources function to support our organization's overall growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse pool of applicants.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or issues, promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fair treatment of all employees.
Performance Management:
Assist in the design and implementation of performance management programs.
Collaborate with managers to conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Organize workshops and seminars to promote professional development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to the existing compensation packages.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information and attendance data.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes and HR strategy development.
Compliance and Legal:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices are in full compliance.
Assist in the preparation and submission of required government reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications will be a plus.
