• Actively support the teams in the OE activities on the shop floor.
• Lead the Promotion Campaign, coach leaders & team members for Operational Excellence in the factory
• Assessment of the implementation progress. Identification of individual training needs and Conducting/coordinating OE training at all levels.
• Promote and support cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, standards, and improvements. Coordinate the support from external consultants if applicable.
• Motivate and empower people through positive attitude and stimulate change in traditional mindset.
• Communicate OE activities and results. Ensure that OE work impacts both results and the culture change towards the vision as determined by the plant.
• Provide feedback on the progress of OE to the Steering Committee.
• Implementation of Daily Management System framework across the site and plan for sustenance of the framework for effective results
• Conduct training for Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt along with support in the project identification, and execution.
• Design and Launch themes for mass involvement and time-bound improvement.
• Set the criteria for different R&R schemes and team certification and Organize the functions for reward and recognition events.
• Lead the team for internal and external competitions and events.
• Drive the OE savings across the site to meet annual savings targets among different categories.
• Drive the thematic initiative for the site like ENCON, COPQ, OTIF, and OEE for improvement in KPI by driving improvement projects across the teams
• Build digital dashboards for effective utilization of the data and insight identification for the KPI improvements
