Job Description
Assist the HOD in Production planning in accordance to Business Plan.
Implement appropriate strategies, plans and methods for producing quality products and achieving highest levels of Plant capacity utilization and efficiency.
Responsible for process optimization and maintaining Environment friendly Operations.
Monitor operations and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
Ensure adherence to principles and procedures under IMS viz., Quality, Environment and OHSAS on floor. Including implementation of 5S
Process audit and optimization of the process for reducing the fuel & power consumption.
Liaise with Maintenance Teams to coordinate planned shut-downs of production lines for the purpose of maintenance, and taking care of various shut down related activities.
Oversee the execution of cement kiln lining repairs, raw and cement mill operations and cement packaging system.
