• Preparation of Cleaning Validation Protocol and Monitoring of Cleaning Validation/Verification activities
• Review of the SOPs, Validation and Qualification Record
• Dispatch and Line clearance activities
• Preparation of Annual Product Review
• Initiation of various QMS elements like change control, deviation, CAPA etc.
• Investigation of Customer complaint, Return Goods, Recall
• Review of Reprocessing and Reworking
