JOB OVERVIEW: The Data Analytics and Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making by utilizing advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning techniques. This role will focus on leveraging technology to automate data extraction, generate actionable insights, and provide predictive analytics that will support business growth,. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging technology to automate data integration from diverse sources, mining data to identify key trends, and delivering strategic insights that drive the optimization of marketing and sales strategies.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL Senior Sales Leadership, Marketing Team and Commercial Teams

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL : External Data Providers, Market Research agencies

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Head Strategic Marketing

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in AI, machine learning, or data analytics platforms preferred.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields. •Proficiency in predictive analytics, machine learning, and data science techniques.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, and data extraction technologies.
• Familiarity with the Pharma domain is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Marketo is a plus.
