Job Description
- Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance of all instruments like pressure, temp, flow and level sensors etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation issues ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain calibration records to meet GMP and regulatory standards.
- Control system management: Support and optimize PLC, SCADA, DCS, BMS system. Collaborate with IT and automation teams for software upgrades.
- Compliance and documentation: Maintain all calibration and maintenance documentations as per GMP and other regulatory standards. Develop and maintain SOP s for instrumentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Project Management and Commissioning: Assist in commissioning of new instruments and control system. Collaborate with vendors and engineering team on new installation and equipment upgrade.
- Participate in CAPA.RA for instrument related issues.
- Experience with data integrity and electronic record management
- Knowledge of equipment/instrument validation processes.
