We have job opening for Branch Sales Manager - Micro LAP.

Job Requirements :

• 5-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably in Micro LAP).
• Strong understanding of microfinance products such as loans against property (LAP) and other secured/unsecured loans.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and manager a team with minimal supervision while meeting targets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
