PIQUOTA - Java Software Engineer - Spring/Hibernate (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing data warehousing solutions and be highly skilled in SQL.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and testable Java code.

- Implement software design patterns and best practices.

- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and product managers.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design decisions.

- Work in an Agile development environment.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. (If applicable)

- Deploy and maintain applications on relevant platforms.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of proven experience in Java software development.

- Strong proficiency in Core Java.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Experience with relevant Java frameworks Spring, Hibernate, etc.

- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Experience with relational databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
