Position Title: Business Analyst - Flexcube

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Flexcube implementations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and workflows.

- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions for process improvements within the Flexcube system.

- Support testing phases, including UAT, and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Flexcube functionalities.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Flexcube functionalities.

- Functional Specifications: Develop comprehensive functional specifications and use cases for system enhancements and new implementations.

- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes, proposing actionable solutions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, project managers, and IT teams to ensure that Flexcube solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in banking or financial services.

- Strong knowledge of Flexcube and its modules (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in documentation and reporting tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
