2. Provide information about Products, Services and Installation Processes.

3. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.

4. Schedule Maintenance and Repair Appointments.

5. Coordinate with Technical Teams to ensure timely service delivery.

6. Maintain accurate records of Customer Interactions and Transactions.

7. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite [word, excel, outlook, etc]
