Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs and requirements & assist in proposing a solution for prospective customers by working closely with the Product solution experts, Sales & Consulting teams.
- Utilize your domain expertise and the deep understanding of solutions to participate in client engagements and demonstrate value to win business
- Conduct fit-gap analysis with banks to assess fitment between their requirements and the product suite
- Participate in EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP/SOW along with demos and POCs for Cash management including Internet banking and work closely with Sales, Delivery, Technical, Product and Operations teams to ensure delivery of a high quality proposal.
- Conduct client demonstrations that are tailored to meet specific client requirements and business needs
- Prepare Requirement and Functional specifications.
Influence product development based on prospect interactions, market trends, local country requirements
- Understand current business/industry environment (financial services and banking) including relevant regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.
Key requirements Include:
- 4 to 5 years of Transaction banking experience with a market leading institution / bank
- Should have strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking - Payments, Collections & Receivables
Preferable experience:
- Global Corporate & Transaction Banking experience with Banking applications such as ACBS/Sungard (FIS), FLEXCUBE (Oracle), Finacle (Infosys), Globus/T24/IBIS (Temenos)
- Payment processing experience with applications like GPP (Fundtech/Finastra), Clear2Pay (FIS), Dovetail, ACI
- Corporate Cash & Virtual Accounts Management with vendors like Tieto, Cashfac, Montran
- Banking with applications like FLEXCUBE (Oracle), Finacle (Infosys), Globus/T24/IBIS (Temenos),
- Good understanding of the current and future digital transaction banking client requirements.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrable experience articulating and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
