System Admin

We are hiring a System Administrator for our company NeXjob. in. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys computer systems and networks. This is a full-time position based in Naini Tal, Uttarakhand, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in system administration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with system administration of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with network protocols and networking concepts
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Certifications in relevant IT areas (e. g. , MCSA, CCNA) will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of company networks
• Manage user accounts and permissions, troubleshoot network issues
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide technical support to users
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery
• Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement system improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in system administration
