Software Developer Bot Team

Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and NodeJS.

2. Experience with integrating APIs and working with RESTful services.

3. Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, MySQL) and session management for handling user data and chat history.

4. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for hosting and scaling chatbot applications.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of user-centric design.

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop, test, and deploy chatbot applications using JavaScript and Node.js.

2. Integrate chatbot solutions with messaging platforms (e.g. Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Slack) and other third-party services.

3. Utilize NLP tools and libraries to enable chatbots to understand and respond to user inputs naturally.

4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure chatbots provide a smooth, conversational user experience.

5. Design conversation flows and intents to create engaging and accurate responses for various user scenarios.

6. Optimize and maintain chatbot performance by troubleshooting and addressing bugs, errors, and any other technical issues.

7. Monitor chatbot analytics to understand user behavior, measure engagement, and improve the chatbot experience.

8. Ensure security and data privacy in all chatbot interactions and data handling.

9. Document chatbot configurations, flows, and development processes for internal reference.
