Work Hours: 3:30 pm to 12:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization.
• Create and maintain custom properties, workflows, automation rules, and templates.

Data Management:

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HubSpot platform.
• Import, export, and manipulate data as needed to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.

Integration and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Training and Support:

• Train and support HubSpot users within the organization, ensuring they understand and effectively use the platform.
• Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and best practices, and share this knowledge with team members.

HubSpot Best Practices:

• Stay informed about HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously optimize HubSpot's usage.
• Implement best practices for lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing automation.

Security and Compliance:
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within the HubSpot platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, business, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience as an HubSpot administrator or similar role
• Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Administrator Certification) are preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
