Role Summary / Duties and Responsibilities

Very Good Knowledge of Excel.

In-depth Knowledge of Accounts Payable

• Invoice Tracking, booking , processing GRN and approval
• Reconciling accounts:
• Reconciling vendor accounts.
• Maintaining records
• Preparing payments and bank transfers
• Developing relationships with Invoice Approvers, suppliers and company personnel
• Good Mailing capabilities to Vendors and Company officials for follow up.

Fluency on Communication is a MUST

BCom/ Mcom or Inter CMA with 3-4 years experience
