The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator- Customer Service, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for utilizing best practices to identify, analyze, and support all incidents that are either impactful or potentially impactful to the people, assets, and reputation of the client. The Operator monitors multiple streams of security information, including emails, phone calls, alarms, camera systems, and other access control technologies. This role assists corporate employees, vendors, and visitors, by way of written correspondence, with concerns that pertain to safety and security around the globe.
Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) in international affairs/relations, business, emergency management, political science, criminal justice, or related discipline or at least two years of equivalent work experience in customer service, contact centers, or corporate security.
