Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient cash management and revenue generation.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets through cross-selling and collections.
  
• Oversee target achievement by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to team members.
  
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliation and budgeting.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on branch sales management.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Com) in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of achieving targets through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
