Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and business communication.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Mandate Real Estate firm experience required
