Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic IT sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a full-time employment opportunity with the added benefit of earning a commission between 20% to 30% for each successful sale.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our IT products and services.
Understand clients' needs and pain points and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to address their business challenges.
Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Skillfully negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to finalize sales and secure deals.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer ongoing support.
Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.
Product Knowledge and Industry Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products, technologies, and industry trends.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Familiarity with IT products, solutions, and services is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a commission-based incentive structure.
Sales executives will receive a commission ranging from 20% to 30% on each successful sale, based on the agreed-upon commission structure.
