This is a full-time on-site role as a sales executive in real estate at Pinecliff Realty in Pune.
Handle special projects, as assigned Interacting with existing and prospective clients to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie up activity to generate maximum business for Residential and Commercial projects
Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization.
Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
Looking for a hard-core performer in selling Residential and Commercial Property.
Coordinate with outside vendors, and landlords to complete transactions in a proper manner (both acquisition and disposal).
Maintaining strong relationships with Channel partners and appropriate teams within developer corporations to ensure strong market leverage.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the companys maximum sales potential is realized in the area.
Qualifications
Freshers and experience are welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Masters degree in Business (MBA), Marketing, or related field.
