Pine Labs - Data Scientist (3-5 yrs)

Who is the right fit for this role?

To excel in this role you will need:

- 2+ years of Data Science/Machine Learning experience.

- Strong knowledge in statistics, tree-based techniques (e. g., Random Forests, XGBoost), machine learning (e. g., MLP, SVM), inference, hypothesis testing, simulations, and optimizations.

- Strong Python programming skills and experience in building Data Pipelines in Python/PySpark, along with feature engineering.

- Proficiency in pandas, sci-kit-learn, SQL, and familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch.

Bonus:

- Experience with deep learning techniques like LORA finetuning and understanding of DevOps/MLOps, including creating Docker containers and deploying to production (using platforms like Sagemaker or

Kubernetes).
