Role Description:
- We are seeking a full-time, on-site Team Lead in Bengaluru.
- In this role, you will oversee and manage a team of advisors, ensuring operational efficiency, providing guidance and support, and driving the team to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property advisors.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Set and communicate clear goals and targets for the team.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in real estate or property advisory services is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in local real estate market trends and regulations is mandatory
