Job Description
Specific Experience / Education / Certification Requirements (Knowledge & Experience; Qualifications):
Strong knowledge of consumer packaged goods type of organization that performs vertical manufacturing, B2B and B2C.
Demonstrated detailed knowledge in PTC s Windchill application suite include capabilities in the areas of Merchandising & Design, Development (Tech Design), Sourcing & Production, Costing, Vendor Management, Color & Materials Management and Collaboration.
At least 5+ years in FlexPLM configuration and /or development and 10+ years of overall software configuration and / or development experience.
Development experience utilizing Java, J2EE, Javascript, JSP, XML and SQL is a plus.
Expert knowledge in process flow and integration with other software applications including 3D, DAM, PXM, PIM and ERP (SAP MDG, AFS and S/4 Fashion) preferred.
Accountable for the successful delivery of assigned components for implementation and transformation projects.
Experience developing systems requirements, prototyping, testing, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills that can be applied at all levels within the organization.
Must be a self-starter with strong consensus building skills.
Experience working in an agile environment using SAFe methodology or other proven agile methodology is preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
