Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Must-Have Skills:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Deep Learning & Neural Networks
• Python Programming & Data Structures
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Generative AI (GenAI) & Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with model fine-tuning & prompt engineering
• Data preprocessing & preparation for AI models

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG
• Knowledge of AI model architecture, training techniques, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP AI tools)
• Experience with AI applications in real-world projects
• Understanding of Agile Methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI & NLP models using Python and deep learning frameworks.
• Work on GenAI applications , including text generation and NLP-based solutions .
• Fine-tune pre-trained models to optimize performance for specific tasks.
• Design and implement efficient data structures for AI model training.
• Craft effective prompts to enhance AI model outputs.
• Research and integrate RAG & GraphRAG methodologies for better AI performance.
• Preprocess and clean large datasets for AI/ML training .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and apply best practices in model development.

Educational Qualification:

• B. Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
