Job Description
Job Title: SAP FI-CO Consultant
Exp :- 10 - 15 Years
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Cochin
Roles and Responsibilities:
- SAP FI-CO Implementation / Development / Support : Plan and execute SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) implementation, development, and support activities.
- Client Requirements & Solutions : Understand client business requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
- Blueprint Creation : Develop and present workshop decks for Blueprint sessions to the client.
- Process Flow & Documentation : Create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio and prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for the solutions provided.
- FI-CO Configuration : Configure SAP FI-CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Controlling & Profitability Analysis.
- Integration & Testing : Integrate FI-CO with other SAP modules and external applications. Perform Unit Testing, Cycle Testing, and Integration Testing.
- User Support : Prepare user manuals, provide user support, and conduct training sessions when required.
- Methodology & Communication : Follow ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies. Provide regular status updates and maintain effective communication with the onsite team and clients.
- Collaboration : Maintain cordial working relationships with onsite teams and clients.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Must Have:
- 3 to 6 years of functional experience in SAP and 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO module implementation.
- Strong implementation experience with SAP S4 HANA.
- Expertise in configuring the following SAP FI-CO modules:
- SAP FI - General Ledger
- SAP FI - New G/L
- SAP FI - Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- SAP FI - Asset Accounting
- SAP CO - Cost Centers and Profit Centers
- SAP CO - Internal Orders
- SAP CO - Product Costing
- SAP COPA - Controlling and Profitability Analysis
- Basic knowledge of SAP BPC .
- Strong hands-on configuration experience and the ability to deliver work products that conform to client standards.
- Familiarity with basic business processes in the following functional areas:
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP PS
- SAP HR
Nice to Have:
- Certification or experience in Simple Finance (SAP S/4HANA Finance).
- SAP Certification in the FI-CO Module .
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager in implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP Country India Version (CIN) configuration.
- Integration experience with modules like SD , MM , PS , HR .
- Experience working with ALE/IDOC , EDI/IDOC with some technical knowledge.
- Exposure to NetWeaver Components .
- Team Leadership Experience .
