Product Manager I

Job Description: Agile Product Owner

We are looking for an Agile Product Owner to drive the vision and execution of market-driven products and platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes, from discovery to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strong advocate for the Product & Platform Vision and Strategy.
• Conduct market research and execute product/platform strategies.
• Translate Product Value Roadmap into actionable deliverables for the team.
• Draft and communicate user stories to cross-functional teams.
• Gather, prioritize, and communicate product requirements.
• Facilitate product development with design, technology, and data teams.
• Contribute to product demos and assist in achieving Product OKRs.
• Support product discovery and development phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and metrics.

Required Skills:

• Strong research and market analysis skills.
• Proficiency in writing clear, actionable user stories.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Familiarity with tech stacks and exponential technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain.
• Ability to define user experience and collaborate on wireframing and journey mapping.
• Skilled in motivating teams and delivering user-centric products.

Qualifications:

• 8+Years of experinace in Product Onwer and Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and technology trends.
• Expertise in product documentation and customer-facing demos.
• Certifications in CSM, CSPO, and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are a plus.
