Job Description

Under the supervision of a Senior Lead analyze and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems and design solutions.
Outcomes:
  1. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
  2. Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
  3. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
  4. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
  5. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
  6. Independently analyze design develop and test functionalities
  7. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
  8. Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
  9. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolving on time
  10. Responsible for code/configuration changes to production environment to resolve any issues post production move
  11. Independently manage client environments/perform installation related activities
  12. Perform root cause analysis technical troubleshooting architecture resolve performance issues
  13. Mentor juniors for client discussions and day to day activities and basic administrative tasks
  14. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
  15. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and for small improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of schedule; helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc
  16. Self-learning and implement new features released in ERP/CRM wherever possible.
  17. Set goals in NorthStar and timely measure the progress and update accordingly.

  3. Number of mandatory training (Industry/Technology specific trainings UST mandatory trainings) completed

Requirement:
  1. Understand the requirements/user stories

Estimate:

    including for modules. Follow scrum ceremonies.

    SAP -Materials Management (MM) with Warehouse Management (WM) Roles/Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Materials Management (MM) and ability to handle all Purchasing Inventory management (MM) with Warehouse Management (WM). Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly. Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client. Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio s for the client s proposed business processes. Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided. Ability to configure SAP - MM WM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Clients Standards Requirements. Strong configuration hands on experience in MM WM. Responsible in studying and preparing AS-IS study, gap analysis, Blue-Print and Strong configuration hands on experience in the following MM areas. o Material Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Account Determination, Invoice Verifications. o Knowledge of inbound and outbound supply chain involving Purchase Requisitions, Quotation, Contacts, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Order, STO Delivery, Inventory Management including Physical Inventory and Invoice Verifications Integration of the MM WM module with other SAP modules and with external applications. In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation: o Unit Testing, Cycle Testing o Integration Testing o User Manual Preparation o User Support activities o Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies o Regularly interact with the onsite team/client o Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls o Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client o Prepare test scripts and perform testing after MM upgrade Skills/Experience Requirements: MUST HAVE: Should have 4 to 6 years on MM Module of SAP projects. At least one full life cycle implementation experience in MM module covering all the skills as mentioned below. The following SAP MM skills are necessary: o SAP MM - Material Master and other Masters o SAP MM - Purchasing o SAP MM - Inventory Management (Including Physical Inventory) o SAP MM - Service Management o SAP MM - Account Assignment o SAP MM - Invoice Verifications o Inbound Processing o Outbound Processing o Planning Dispatching o Warehouse Storage o Inventory Management in MM o Handling Unit Management and Storage Unit Management o Cross docking o RF configuration o Knowledge on extended Warehouse Management Should be able to analyze end to end procurement processes and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in MM. Regularly interact with the onsite team/client. Conduct daily/weekly conference calls. Create presentation deck and present them. Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client. Should have good written and oral communication skills Must be a good team player Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas: SAP WM SAP FI/CO SAP SD SAP PP QM NICE TO HAVE Help to resolve technical and functional issue after MM upgrade Flexible enough to work on WM module as well seamlessly. Prepare training documentation Have worked on at least Three MM project Should have good communication skills Should be open to relocate Team Leading Experience would be added advantage.
